Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of cloud security engineers
  • Identify critical areas for improvement in the technology used within cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure
  • Continuously provide insight on ways to apply the technology present more efficiently
  • Serve as the primary point of responsibility for cloud security efficiency, ensuring it runs according to governance and compliance policies
  • Use influence skills to acquire agreement and participation from various groups and partners without direct control
  • Ensure documentation and processes are well defined so that engineered solutions are understood and repeatable
  • Ensure solutions are well built, backed up & restore tested, and consistently maintained for health
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with the business on maintaining security posture
