Proven experience in clinical intervention programs, particularly within musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions
Experience with value-based care models and reducing the total cost of care
Experience with surgical readiness assessments, fall prevention, and mobility improvement programs
Experience developing and overseeing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) programs
Leadership experience, including leading and inspiring a team

Lead the continuous improvement of Luna's five clinical intervention programs
Collaborate with health plans, ACOs, and other value-based care providers to align program goals
Lead and inspire the Clinical Intervention Programs team
Ensure programs adhere to regulatory standards and provide exceptional patient care
Assess program data to determine effectiveness and report on outcomes
Lead the evolution and implementation of a comprehensive Remote Therapeutic Monitoring program
Design and execute initiatives to optimize patient outcomes, engagement, and healthcare delivery using remote monitoring technologies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Operations, Regulatory Compliance, and Engineering teams
Stay current with industry trends in Remote Monitoring Technologies
Develop strategies to integrate remote monitoring with existing programs
