  • Collaborate with health plans, ACOs, and other value-based care providers to align program goals
  • Lead and inspire the Clinical Intervention Programs team
  • Ensure programs adhere to regulatory standards and provide exceptional patient care
  • Assess program data to determine effectiveness and report on outcomes
  • Lead the evolution and implementation of a comprehensive Remote Therapeutic Monitoring program
  • Design and execute initiatives to optimize patient outcomes, engagement, and healthcare delivery using remote monitoring technologies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Operations, Regulatory Compliance, and Engineering teams
  • Stay current with industry trends in Remote Monitoring Technologies
  • Develop strategies to integrate remote monitoring with existing programs
