Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI and experience with LLM applications within the cybersecurity domain are essential. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch are required.

Responsibilities

The Sr Machine Learning Engineer will lead the development and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for cybersecurity applications, including designing, fine-tuning, and evaluating models. They will also conduct in-depth evaluations of LLMs, assess their effectiveness, and contribute to the implementation of advanced AI technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and function calling. Furthermore, this role involves conducting research and development to stay current with advancements in machine learning and contributing to the strategic direction of AI-driven cybersecurity initiatives, while mentoring cross-functional teams and leading high-impact projects.
