Sr Linux System Administrator

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 9 years of experience, or a Doctoral degree with at least 7 years of experience. An Associate’s degree with 13 years of relevant experience may be considered. U.S. citizenship and an appropriate security clearance (e.g., Active TS/SCI with agency-appropriate polygraph) are required. The degree must be in Computer Science or a related field with coursework including algorithms, computer architecture, programming methodologies, data structures, logic and computation, and advanced mathematics. Familiarity with Docker, MongoDB, and Elastic Search; Ansible and GitLab; RedHat Satellite is required. Working knowledge of software-defined networks and experience deploying and maintaining nginx are also necessary. Knowledge of SELinux and FIPS, LatteArt/Biscotti, Netseer, SEAR logging, and system monitoring platforms like OpenVAS, Prometheus, and Grafana is desired.
