Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of inventory management or supply chain experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and applying strong analytical skills to identify trends and root causes
  • Proven maturity and ability to influence across multiple teams and leadership levels
  • Strong executive presence and negotiation skills; able to hold vendors accountable to performance and partnership expectations
  • Highly organized self-starter

Responsibilities

  • Manage the inventory placement of F&B category to deliver best-in-class reliability in stores
  • Lead complex DSD initiatives by scoping, analyzing, and developing solutions that address root causes of inventory reliability gaps
  • Collaborate across Food Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, and other cross-functional partners to execute strategic priorities
  • Serve as a thought partner in evolving reporting and analytics to support DSD execution across stores, vendors, and distributors
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed business decisions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with milestones, deliverables, and strategic goals
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership to report progress and outcomes
  • Drive DSD reliability metrics and coach Level 4 Inventory Analysts to enhance performance and execution
