Responsibilities

The Sr. Import/Export Coordinator will ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including customs laws and export controls. They will oversee the preparation and management of import/export documentation, coordinate logistics with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and lead a team of import/export specialists. Responsibilities also include identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction, assessing and mitigating risks in international trade, managing vendor relationships, monitoring and analyzing import/export data for strategic decision-making, and developing training programs for staff on regulations and best practices.
