Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong exposure to HR, corporate/professional, and high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated success partnering with HR and business leadership to develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives
  • Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades talent preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting practices
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
  • Ability to operate independently while staying connected to team goals and organizational strategy
  • Passion for sustainable workforce development and long-term talent solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer, across a range of corporate, professional, and manufacturing functions
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, align recruiting strategies, and drive equitable, compliant hiring outcomes
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement initiatives
  • Develop and deliver data-driven talent insights, supporting HR and business leaders with market trends, hiring metrics, and workforce planning input
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the client’s employer brand and values
  • Collaborate on HR initiatives such as onboarding, workforce development, retention programs, and DE&I goals
  • Manage and maintain candidate and requisition data across multiple systems (e.g., Eightfold, Oracle, internal ATS)
  • Lead or participate in job fairs, university relations, and on-site hiring events to attract and convert top talent
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting compliance, process efficiency, and best practices within HR frameworks
