The ideal candidate must be self-driven, agile, and capable of influencing senior leaders.
The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with business leaders to execute people strategies and positively impact organizational health using data. This role involves supporting global product and technology teams through growth and change, driving performance management initiatives, and designing organizational solutions. Responsibilities include investigating employee concerns, resolving employee relations issues, providing policy guidance, developing HR training, and mitigating risk to ensure compliance with regulations.
