Requirements

  • 4-7 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of key financial and accounting concepts, with a track record of providing key insights to business leaders
  • Advanced skills in Excel and robust experience using cloud FP&A systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights), with an interest in exploring AI for efficiencies
  • Well-versed in financial modeling and budget management, with the ability to identify key variance drivers and create accurate forecasting models
  • Approach to analysis with curiosity and structured thinking—connecting dots, questioning assumptions, contextualizing business impacts, and proactively identifying trends or risks
  • Highly motivated, team player, extremely detail-oriented, enjoys performing analysis and generating insights, and has a growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; interface with business leaders to provide reporting and analysis
  • Build dynamic financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow
  • Prepare content for Board reporting and investor reporting packages; communicate directly with investors
  • Prepare KPI reporting and ad-hoc analysis, working independently with strong analytical judgment and problem-solving to guide business decisions
  • Lead enhancement efforts around financial systems, tools, and reporting automation (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights)
  • Support continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly reporting, perform administrative activities to enhance the FP&A system, and participate in process improvement initiatives to support growth and scaling
