Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and/or certification
5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with proven track record in FP&A and business partnership; experience in Corporate Finance, Business Finance or Sales Finance
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Hyperion Essbase and Oracle a plus
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with business partners and peers; experience collaborating with overseas teams a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; a proactive, self-starter with the ability to engage confidently in strategic conversations
Professional fluency in English a must

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end financial planning processes (budgets, Forecasts, LRP, etc.) for the HKTW cluster
Consolidate and validate financial inputs from local markets, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data submitted to BG and HQ
Lead the maintenance and submission of financial plans within corporate systems (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle)
Identify, lead and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy and speed of financial and operational reporting
Own the planning, maintenance, and submission of BG plans and HQ budgets in the systems
Serve as the primary finance partner for the HKTW Sales and Marketing teams, providing strategic analysis on key performance indicators
Manage the gross-to-net revenue process, providing clarity on sales performance and key drivers
Support the business through advanced data analytics, including financial modelling, template creation, P&L builds, etc., timely advice on business opportunities and risks
Coordinate planning processes with regards to data input, consolidation, reporting, and analysis
Perform ad hoc analyses and projects to support business partners and senior management
