Requirements

Experience in product surveillance, complaint management, or quality assurance in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices or pharmaceuticals)
Proficiency with Complaint Management Systems (e.g., Trackwise-CMS)
Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements for complaints
Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Service)
Ability to meet KPIs for on-time complaint closure and defined timelines
Analytical skills for reviewing complaints and ensuring procedural compliance

Responsibilities

Daily review of open complaints to ensure on-time closure meeting KPIs
Coordinating with country Quality team for updating Due Diligence information, CMS for sample tracking details, and customer letters
Coordinating with Manufacturing sites for timely investigations if required
Reviewing complaints to ensure they meet procedural requirements
Logging complaints in Trackwise-CMS within defined timelines and processing till final closure
Coordinating with Quality Engineers and Technical Service team for service-related complaints
Evaluating complaints to determine regulatory reporting applicability
Providing support for preparation of Management Reviews from complaints perspective
Supporting country and manufacturing teams with requested complaint data and reports
Preparing and sharing weekly reports for APAC complaints and pending Due Diligence
