Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 RE-FX, including participation in at least one full lifecycle implementation or significant support/enhancement projects
  • Deep functional knowledge of core SAP S/4 RE-FX processes, including: Master Data (Business Entity, Land, Building, Rental Object, Usage View), Contract Management (Lease-in, Lease-out, Service Contracts), Condition Types and Flows, IFRS16 & USGAAP 842, Rent Adjustments (Free, Index, Formula-based), Service Charge Settlement, Integration with FI/CO (Account Determination, Postings), Reporting within RE-FX
  • Basic understanding of ABAP concepts & debugging
  • Familiarity with SAP data structures, tables, and field mappings within RE-FX
  • Knowledge of integration points related to RE-FX (SAP Fixed asset)
  • Awareness of SAP Fiori applications related to RE-FX functionalities
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management and collaboration tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly to both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and global teams
