Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5-6 years of experience in a technical support environment with Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, BlueCoat, Zscalar and F5 security products, along with proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting perimeter security platforms such as Web gateway technology from Zscaler ZIA, Symantec bluecoat web gateway, Cisco ASA/Firepower/FTD, Cisco ISE, Juniper SRX, F5 LTM, ASM, WAF and GTM, VPN technologies from Cisco and Zscaler ZPA, and experience with managing Compliance management tools like Firemon, Skybox, Algosec, and Tufin. Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols, scripting languages like Python and PHP, exposure to StackStorm, and familiarity with analytics technologies including Elasticsearch, PowerBI, and JSON is required, as well as knowledge of the Mitre framework and the ITIL Services Framework.

Responsibilities

As a Sr Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting perimeter security platforms, conducting audits, delivering training, advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation, conducting incident resolution, and managing compliance tools. You will also be expected to support Splunk Log search head, running query, and contribute to the team’s efforts to build confidence for a more connected world, while championing Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion, and participating in volunteer opportunities.
