Requirements

Minimum of an MBO 4 (Associate Degree) in Electrical Technology, Instrumentation, or Measurement & Control Technology
3-5 years of relevant work experience in the process industry
Good communication skills, including the ability to motivate and direct others
Knowledge of maintaining instrumentation and electrical installations
Strong motivation and ambition for personal development and potential career growth
Knowledge of the maintenance management tool SAP (a plus)
Knowledge of Root Cause Analyses
Willingness to attend training courses for technical competencies (e.g., S)

Responsibilities

Preparing, executing, and reporting on preventative maintenance according to maintenance schedules
Ensuring quality standards are met and upholding technical standards
Managing the commissioning of E&I work
Participating in the preparation and execution of new construction, maintenance projects, and Turnarounds
Conducting Root Cause Analyses using the 5-Why method
Communicating with relevant departments (e.g., Operations, Site Services, Maintenance) regarding work to be performed
Proposing improvements to safety, reliability, cost, and equipment lifespan
Assisting in the consignment service
