Requirements

  • Provide end-to-end HR leadership across Nordics Region multiple businesses and functions, partnering with regional leadership to deliver strategic HR initiatives, ensure legal/works-council compliance, and drive organizational effectiveness
  • Lead established Nordics HR team (HR Business Partners and HR Shared Services) to deliver best-in-class associate experience
  • Serve as strategic HR partner to Resins & Technology Business Unit leader and leadership team
  • Shape and execute short- and long-term people strategies (organization design, leadership development, global project management, workforce planning, executive coaching, policy & governance, talent, culture, inclusion & belonging)
  • Provide leadership to global and local HR teams supporting the business
  • Act as credible, data-driven HR leader able to influence in matrixed environment, lead change at scale, build strong leadership capability, and advance high-engagement, inclusive culture

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor to Nordics leadership, Resins & Technology leadership, and people leaders, aligning business strategy with people strategy to drive outcomes and culture
  • Diagnose organizational needs; translate strategy into organizational implications and pragmatic HR plans for regional and global business contexts
  • Build and execute HR plans for the region and enterprise-aligned initiatives; lead cross-Nordics and business projects to timelines and outcomes
  • Leverage Danaher Business System/continuous improvement and people analytics to set targets, track metrics, and solve business problems impacting organizational effectiveness
  • Run integrated talent processes (succession planning, performance management, leadership development) in partnership with regional HR Business Partners and HR Center of Excellence; enable cross-functional talent moves
  • Coach leaders to build capability, give effective feedback, and elevate performance
  • Assess future-fit capabilities; partner with Talent Acquisition to build pipelines for critical roles across Nordics and global business
  • Champion Inclusion & Belonging programs that foster inclusive culture; analyze engagement/retention trends and implement targeted actions
  • Strengthen works-council relationships and ensure compliance with co-determination and CBAs; advise leaders on complex ER matters in Nordics
