Requirements

  • Experience leading teams in data sciences, statistics, optimization, and machine learning

  • Expertise in modeling, data science, and software/product development for high-performance model code

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams responsible for creating and developing Assortment Capabilities to evaluate the optimal mix of Items/SKUs
  • Lead teams working closely with Stores on Space, Presentation, and Transitions
  • Support Vendor science capabilities and the Owned Brands portfolio
  • Develop science capabilities to be more efficient and directly available to business team users for quick, accurate responses to Guest needs
  • Lead the creation of strategies, identify new technology practices and tools, and create the right team dynamic to drive Target’s goals
