Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and direct all aspects of the capital sales strategy for OTTAVA Platform in the US (East or West) based on J&J goals
  • Ensure effective implementation and execution of strategies to create long-term growth by building successful robotics programs with strong clinical support
  • Lead people development, inclusion, and build new capabilities for the capital sales organization
  • Deliver Capital Sales goals and forecasted revenue expectations quarterly
  • Develop and execute Capital Sales strategy to drive profitable growth through procedural volume from clinical champions
  • Build a high-performing, agile, customer-focused capital sales team and robust pipeline of diverse leaders
  • Champion inclusive workplace and highly engaged workforce initiatives
  • Drive ambitious Talent Development and Credo-based people leadership
  • Develop strong relationships with key hospital executives and opinion leaders
  • Ensure healthcare compliance and ethical/integrity principles are championed and practiced organization-wide
  • Develop internal and external partnerships to facilitate collaboration and establish J&J's industry presence in soft-tissue surgical robotics
  • Deliver weekly reports on SMART Goal performance, KPIs, and funnel growth to achieve quarterly sales goals
  • Accountable for daily, weekly, monthly deliverables, working closely with the OTTAVA US General Manager
