Requirements

  • 8+ years of DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud experience, including 3+ years in a senior technical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid infrastructure and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and container orchestration
  • Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and Linux administration
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
  • Familiar with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Clear communicator—able to simplify technical detail and influence outcomes
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable systems and guide others through best practices

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce branching strategies (feature → dev → main) with code reviews and PR validation workflows
  • Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines that support rapid, reliable releases
  • Manage and improve container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Ethos) and related infrastructure
  • Automate deployments and environment configurations using scripts and IaC tools
  • Support and maintain both on-prem and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Develop monitoring and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure uptime and performance
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and security teams to align on best practices
  • Lead infrastructure change initiatives end-to-end—plan, execute, and optimize
  • Mentor engineers and advocate for DevOps culture through training and documentation
