Responsibilities

The Sr. Customer Success Specialist will build strong relationships with the CSM team, provide proactive product expertise, and identify opportunities for product adoption and business growth. They will demonstrate advanced product functionality, compare product reporting to show improvement, and guide customers on best practices to meet industry standards and benchmarks. Responsibilities include completing client training, resolving advanced blockers, recommending best practices, and documenting dealer engagements that show improved performance. The specialist will also lead scaled webinars and provide feedback for new content creation.
