An analytical mindset is necessary to interpret Amazon performance metrics and generate actionable insights, supported by strong communication skills for influencing product decisions and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CRM systems for generating account management reports is also required.
The Senior Customer Success Manager will guide customers through their entire journey to maximize product usage and act as their advocate for resolving complex troubleshooting and product usage issues.
