Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience managing an Amazon business for a brand or agency, and 4+ years of experience managing other e-commerce channels like Walmart, eBay, or Target is preferred. Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in at least one additional European language such as German, French, or Spanish. An analytical mindset is necessary to interpret Amazon performance metrics and generate actionable insights, supported by strong communication skills for influencing product decisions and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CRM systems for generating account management reports is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Manager will guide customers through their entire journey to maximize product usage and act as their advocate for resolving complex troubleshooting and product usage issues. This role involves introducing new products and services, identifying growth opportunities and upsell potential within client accounts, and communicating customer feedback to drive product improvements. Additionally, the manager will contribute to Customer Success SOPs, mentor junior colleagues, and communicate customer needs to influence product prioritization and engage with executive stakeholders for strategic consultations. Staying updated on e-commerce trends, Amazon backend systems, and creating/adhering to project plans are also key responsibilities.
