Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills across print, digital, video, and presentation formats
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, PowerPoint, Canva
Knowledge of layout, color theory, typography, branding, and UI/UX fundamentals
Exceptional command over English grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style
Experience in copy editing, proofreading, and rewriting
Responsibilities
Review all creative outputs (presentations, marketing assets, digital, case studies, program guides, videos, etc.) for visual consistency, formatting accuracy, and brand compliance
Conduct copy editing and proofreading for grammar, spelling, tone, style, and messaging alignment
Audit creative layouts, text alignments, typography, spacing, color usage, and imagery for aesthetic balance and brand alignment
Provide constructive feedback to designers, writers, and project managers on improvements required
Act as the final checkpoint (gatekeeper) before stakeholder delivery or publication of any marketing asset at every stage of the delivery
Refine and adapt creative assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines and client expectations
Support design teams in complex projects where advanced visualization or creative polish is required
Ensure design accessibility standards are followed (contrast ratios, font legibility, etc.)
Edit and fine-tune copy written by stakeholders or copywriters for clarity, conciseness, and impact across print, digital, and presentation formats
Align content tone with target audience, purpose, and brand voice
Standardize usage of terminologies, style guides, and grammar rules across all deliverables
Collaborate with copywriters and subject matter experts to refine drafts into compelling, client-ready outputs
Develop and maintain QA checklists, guidelines, and review frameworks for the Creative Services team to ensure error-free creative delivery
Train junior designers and copywriters on best practices for design quality and error-proofing
Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, suggesting workflow optimizations, and developing QA training materials working with designers and copywriters
Partner with Creative Managers and Project Managers to ensure SLA adherence without compromising quality
