A Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or health care is preferred, along with prior clinical trial experience in a management or leadership capacity. In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines is required.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, good leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint are required. Good command of the English language and organizational skills are also essential.
The role includes managing a team of clinical staff by planning, assigning, and directing work, assessing performance, guiding professional development, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing employee relations issues.
Candidates with prior clinical trial management experience, in-depth knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools will stand out.
