Tax Analyst Accountant

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in general accounting, with at least 5 years specifically in accounting and taxation. They should have a strong understanding of tax and financial regulations, including knowledge of various tax forms and reporting requirements (PND3,53,54,50,51 and others). Proficiency in using Excel and large-scale ERP systems is also required, along with excellent computer skills and strong presentation skills for communicating with finance controllers.
The Sr. Cost Analyst will be responsible for preparing and completing tax returns, identifying and resolving tax issues, managing tax audits and litigation, ensuring tax compliance and accuracy, and driving tax audits. They will also conduct research and maintain tax and financial records, prepare tax reports, assist with tax audits, and work closely with BOI specialists to align tax and BOI strategies. Furthermore, the role involves providing coaching and guidance to lower-level positions, planning and assigning personnel, and supporting the team with other task assignments to achieve goals and objectives.
