Holds a recognized Professional Accounting Qualification
At least 8-10 years of fund accounting/financial reporting experience
Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP
Working knowledge of Singapore regulatory/tax regime as it relates to Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting
Retail fund accounting experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Excel and Fund Accounting platforms
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Independent, flexible, and adaptable to change
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills and time management
English (required); Mandarin language proficiency is a plus

Oversight of Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting functions
Interact with various business areas and adhere to oversight program per outsourcing guidelines
Review and sign off on Fund’s NAV
Serve as first point of reference for day-to-day fund accounting queries
Act as liaison internally and with clients to ensure issue resolution
Liaise with offshore team on NAV production
Ensure NAVs are issued accurately and within defined timeframes
Ensure accurate and timely payment of operating expenses
Liaise with new clients to determine fund structure and support fund onboarding
Assist clients in resolving complex fund accounting issues and fund administration matters
Review and prepare interim and annual financial statements, including consolidated statements for complex cross-border structures
Act as liaison with clients and external auditors, handling audit queries
Ensure agreed client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are met
Maintain strong KPIs, high-touch client service quality, and build professional rapport with clients
Prepare and participate in internal service review meetings on Fund Accounting functions delegated to offshore centers
Conduct projects, assist in fund onboarding, and handle stretched assignments
