Requirements

Candidates should possess an MBA or equivalent, along with a minimum of 12 years of experience with U.S. federal, state, and local government contracts, and strong knowledge of public sector-specific ethics and compliance regulations in the U.S. Demonstrated project management skills, excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, strong strategic thinking skills, and excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills are also required, along with experience in the Software-as-a-Service segment preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Compliance Manager/Director, Public Sector Legal & Compliance will be responsible for identifying and driving projects to deliver an effective, scalable compliance program, collaborating with stakeholders and developing public sector-specific guidance, training, and enablement materials. They will also draft SOPs and other critical program documents, identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, drive improvements in data gathering and leveraging, explore opportunities to use AI for program acceleration, partner with the Legal Operations team on compliance use cases, monitor program progress and performance, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
