Responsibilities

  • Develop leader communications, including speeches, presentations, video or call scripts, op-eds, talking points, social posts, and internal/external remarks
  • Write compelling, high-quality communications that equip senior executives to deliver key messages
  • Translate strategic direction from partners into clear, consistent, and leader-ready materials aligned with Target’s enterprise narratives and goals
  • Collaborate across Corporate Affairs roundtables to ensure executive communications align with broader storytelling plans and advance specific narratives
  • Partner with enterprise teams, including subject-matter experts, executive leaders, chiefs of staff, and human resources
