Requirements

Candidates should possess deep knowledge and therapeutic expertise in areas such as Dermatology, Cardiology, General Medicine, Nephrology & NASH, Hematology & Oncology, Vaccines, Infectious Diseases, Respiratory & Critical Care Diseases, and Neuroscience. Experience in managing clinical operational and quality aspects of studies in compliance with ICH GCP is required. The role may require assuming Lead CTM or Clinical Study Manager responsibilities on a regional level or managing complex programs.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Team Manager will coordinate the activities of Clinical Management members on a regional or country basis, working in partnership with the Project Manager to ensure training, tracking, and quality systems are in place. They are responsible for clinical deliverables within agreed timelines and budget, acting as the primary contact for the project sponsor on all clinical aspects. This includes managing all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, developing clinical tools like Monitoring Plans, contributing to the Master Action Plan, and ensuring the timely setup and quality of the Trial Master File. They may also participate in the design of study-specific documents and collaborate with the project manager to prepare for client meetings.
