Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, with 6-10 years of experience in establishing new business relationships and managing accounts within the Salesforce Partner ecosystem, along with 4-5 years of experience selling services into the Salesforce ecosystem and a strong reputation with Salesforce stakeholders. They should also have experience partnering with Salesforce as an ISV partner, a credible Salesforce Delivery and technical knowledge base, and a consultative selling approach aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

The Senior Client Director will sell Thunder’s Salesforce multi-cloud implementation and managed services offerings, aiming to exceed expected sales metrics by conducting at least four meaningful meetings daily. They will partner with clients in their specific vertical as a trusted advisor, creating and executing tailored business plans, interact strategically with Salesforce and partner sales teams, develop account strategy, target and nurture key relationships, execute successful delivery hand-offs, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and update activities in Salesforce CRM daily.
