Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level applications, with a focus on Learning Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of LMS platforms (preferably Saba) and their role in regulated environments
  • Experience with change control processes in FDA-regulated industries
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Experience with Workday integrations or similar HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with TeamCenter or similar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and training-related integrations
  • Ability to create and execute test plans and manage validation documentation

  • Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Certifications in business analysis, LMS administration, or project management

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly LMS platform releases, ensuring system validation and compliance with FDA and other regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with global learning teams to design and implement strategic initiatives, integrations, and enhancements
  • Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of LMS capabilities
  • Provide hands-on application support, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and post-production support
  • Monitor and maintain system integrity across integrations and analytic services
  • Conduct data analysis using tools such as SQL, MS Access, and Excel to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Drive usability improvements and proactively identify system optimization opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional project teams from requirements gathering through deployment
  • Partner with vendor resources and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support of learning technologies
  • Support of additional global training related systems such as WalkMe and Adobe Sign, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business and operational workflows
