Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level applications, with a focus on Learning Management Systems
Strong understanding of LMS platforms (preferably Saba) and their role in regulated environments
Experience with change control processes in FDA-regulated industries
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders
Experience with Workday integrations or similar HRIS platforms
Familiarity with TeamCenter or similar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and training-related integrations
Ability to create and execute test plans and manage validation documentation
Preferred Experience
Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries
Certifications in business analysis, LMS administration, or project management

Responsibilities

Lead quarterly LMS platform releases, ensuring system validation and compliance with FDA and other regulatory standards
Collaborate with global learning teams to design and implement strategic initiatives, integrations, and enhancements
Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of LMS capabilities
Provide hands-on application support, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and post-production support
Monitor and maintain system integrity across integrations and analytic services
Conduct data analysis using tools such as SQL, MS Access, and Excel to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Drive usability improvements and proactively identify system optimization opportunities
Lead cross-functional project teams from requirements gathering through deployment
Partner with vendor resources and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support of learning technologies
Support of additional global training related systems such as WalkMe and Adobe Sign, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business and operational workflows
