Responsibilities
Develops new relationships, identifies prospects, and develops marketing strategies for specific clients
Manages complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management client relationships and identifies opportunities external to banking in investment and fiduciary areas
Structures and negotiates complex loan and/or lease agreements according to guidelines established by senior bank and business unit management
Analyzes and negotiates terms of loans (e.g., special pricing conditions, interest rates, Swaps) according to Credit Policy Committee guidelines; oversees and negotiates preparation of financing agreement documentation
Advises and consults with clients related to Goals Driven Wealth Management
Generates leads through established relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) and cultivates a network of additional COIs
Provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners as a subject area expert at a high technical level
Carries out large-scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult activities
Balances high-level operational execution with development and execution of strategic direction for business function activities
Engages in direct interaction with committees and/or management
Strategically develops, implements, and administers programs within functional areas
