Requirements

Proven aptitude in Python development skills utilizing standard development IDEs
DevOps including CI/CD techniques and tools such as Github repos
Some data science background and coursework is desired
Good understanding of Generative AI and LLM models and principles
Good understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
Basic level cloud infrastructure understanding
Computer Science degree
Preferred: Data Science specific graduate work, Finance sector experience or coursework
Willingness to learn cloud automation concepts such as IAC with various tools
Willingness to learn cloud security concepts and principles
Participation in an agile (scrum) development process

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions on Microsoft Azure
Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to collect, clean, and preprocess data for AI model training
Contribute to the development of robust and scalable AI applications using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks
Participate in the testing, debugging, and validation of AI solutions to ensure accuracy and performance
Help maintain and monitor deployed AI solutions, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
Learn and apply MLOps & LLMOps best practices for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of AI solutions
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and Azure AI services through continuous learning and training
Implement and optimize AI algorithms and solutions under supervision
Provide support for existing AI solutions and contribute to their improvement
Be prepared to develop AI systems leveraging open-source frameworks such as: LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph and LamaIndex
