Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical support or medical device sales
  • Experience in ophthalmology or surgical equipment is a strong plus
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper Intermediate or higher)
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70% of the time) across Ukraine
  • Based in or near Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, or Odesa

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical and clinical training to surgeons and OR teams on Alcon’s surgical devices
  • Provide on-site and remote support, ensuring optimal outcomes and compliance with approved usage
  • Implement equipment and software upgrades at clinical sites
  • Document site visits and training activities using our CRM system within 48 hours
  • Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Sales teams to coordinate installations and ongoing support
  • Participate in congresses, wet-labs, and medical events to represent Alcon and support clinical education
  • Report adverse events and device issues in line with medical safety protocols
