Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical support or medical device sales
Experience in ophthalmology or surgical equipment is a strong plus
Fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper Intermediate or higher)
Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70% of the time) across Ukraine
Based in or near Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, or Odesa

Responsibilities

Deliver technical and clinical training to surgeons and OR teams on Alcon’s surgical devices
Provide on-site and remote support, ensuring optimal outcomes and compliance with approved usage
Implement equipment and software upgrades at clinical sites
Document site visits and training activities using our CRM system within 48 hours
Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Sales teams to coordinate installations and ongoing support
Participate in congresses, wet-labs, and medical events to represent Alcon and support clinical education
Report adverse events and device issues in line with medical safety protocols
