Responsibilities

  • Executing business as usual monthly and quarterly processes and ad-hoc capital management projects and initiatives
  • Closely partner with other Capital Markets Analytics and Finance teams to understand implications for capital management and distribution strategy
  • Support the integration of the capital management forecasting tool into the broader technology landscape and data infrastructure
  • Drive and implement process improvements
  • Effectively communicate, escalate, and report analyses and updates to Management and Risk Committees
  • Forecasting and managing capital ratios and capital adequacy
  • Managing the capital distribution strategy for the Company
  • Executing and analyzing capital management processes including monthly corporate outlook, stress testing, earnings call preparations, capital management and risk committee analytics, and ongoing capital distribution strategy
