Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly journal entries including AP accruals, expense accruals, prepaid expense schedules, lease, fixed asset management, Adhoc bank transaction and other month-end close activities in accordance with close schedule
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and research any reconciling variances in a timely manner, to ensure accuracy
  • Document, streamline and automate workflows to maximize operational efficiencies
  • Support external audits and reviews by interfacing with auditors and ensuring timely completion of supporting schedules
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation and regularly interact with US Corporate Accounting management on accounting matters
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and projects from the management
