Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing technologies are essential, along with experience building and maintaining data pipelines. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred, and knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Analytics Engineer, you will architect and implement scalable analytics systems to demonstrate customer outcomes, develop risk score models to identify high-risk members, and build and evolve predictive models related to churn, health improvement, and disease progression. You will also develop and maintain purpose-fit data layers, optimize and experiment with data models, triage operational issues, and serve as a thought partner to Product Managers, educating teams on data interpretation and decision-making. Furthermore, you will seek and consume new data sets, including healthcare data standard sets, and provide leadership on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
