Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of partner operations experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplace listing management and CSP management for co-sell, bill management, pipeline scoring, and private offers, with direct experience in at least two CSPs. They should also possess 3+ years of experience in technology companies, preferably in a startup environment, and have Salesforce experience with reporting and opportunity management. Super user experience with Tackle or similar Marketplace Operations tooling, strong communication skills, basic data analytics experience with SQL at a middle level or higher, and knowledge of partner tools like Salesforce, AWS ACE, AWS MP management portal, GCP Producer Portal, and Azure Partner Central are also required. Experience working as a consultant or in a startup environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst, Marketplace Operations will manage, optimize, and scale operational processes for the partner ecosystem, ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration and driving efficiency. Responsibilities include executing Marketplace Private Offers, managing the lifecycle of deals in EMEA business hours, and serving as a subject matter expert for GTM teams. The role involves overseeing partner programs, tracking and reporting on partner performance metrics and marketplace revenue using Salesforce and CSP reporting, identifying growth opportunities, and streamlining operations. Additionally, the analyst will develop and implement new processes for reseller and referral partners, manage the referral payment process, monitor partner contributions to revenue growth, lead automation initiatives, and liaise with CSP and marketplace platform vendors.
