Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics role supporting marketing or growth teams
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, user funnels, and customer behavior metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and churn
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex data sets
  • Proficiency with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and interpreting results
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to understand business goals and deliver actionable insights that improve conversion rates, optimize campaigns, and drive growth
  • Analyze performance across digital marketing channels, customer cohorts, and lifecycle stages to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs across the user journey — including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion funnels, and channel performance
  • Evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to inform decisions around messaging, landing page design, onboarding flows, and more
  • Leverage segmentation and behavioral analysis to understand drivers of user engagement, churn, and long-term value
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and enable reliable reporting and analytics infrastructure
  • Present insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner
