Requirements

5-7+ years of SAP experience
5+ years of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) experience
In-depth expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions
Experience leading implementation of SAP PM module as part of SAP S/4HANA on RISE projects
Experience working with internal teams and business stakeholders in the EPC industry to optimize maintenance processes and asset management
Ability to conduct workshops and meetings to gather business requirements, analyze and map to SAP PM functionalities, identify gaps, and propose solutions
Expertise in designing and configuring SAP PM for maintenance planning, execution, and reporting, including custom solutions
Knowledge of integrating SAP PM with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PS) and third-party systems
Experience coordinating data migration for legacy maintenance data
Ability to develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT), resolve defects, and ensure quality/performance standards
Experience developing and delivering end-user training programs and providing ongoing support/troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of the SAP PM module as part of SAP S/4HANA on RISE projects
Conduct workshops and meetings to gather detailed business requirements for plant maintenance
Analyze and map requirements to SAP PM functionalities, identify gaps, and propose solutions
Design and configure the SAP PM module to support maintenance planning, execution, reporting, and compliance
Ensure integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PS) and third-party systems
Coordinate data migration activities for accurate transfer of legacy maintenance data
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, UAT), resolve defects
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, including materials and documentation
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during hyper care and beyond
Configure and implement SAP PM for equipment, preventive maintenance, work orders, and asset management
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into configurations and support integrations
Analyze and optimize maintenance processes (work orders, preventive planning, equipment management, notifications)
Recommend and implement best practices to improve asset performance and reduce downtime
Monitor system performance and resolve issues
Lead/support SAP PM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts
Set up and support SAP PM reporting for asset management, work orders, costs, and metrics
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key performance indicators
