Requirements

Responsibilities

The Specialist - Statutory Audit will be responsible for drafting statutory financial statements, including notes and cash flow statements, in accordance with local GAAP and internal policies. They will convert US GAAP trial balances to local GAAP or IFRS, reconcile account balances, and prepare necessary filings and surveys for local authorities. This role involves managing bookkeeping for foreign subsidiaries, coordinating with tax teams, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and liaising with external auditors to finalize statutory accounts and ensure compliance. Additionally, the specialist will drive the statutory filing process, create and update process documentation, and proactively communicate audit timelines to stakeholders.
