Requirements

Candidates must be U.S.-based with native-level English proficiency and possess a background in finance, auditing, accounting, compliance, or a related field. Prior experience with SEC 10-K filings or financial disclosures is strongly preferred, as is a strong ability to interpret financial statements such as balance sheets, MD&A, and risk factors. Detail-orientation, comfort with structured annotation, and strong written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze complex SEC 10-K filings, critique AI-generated queries using a detailed rubric, and provide clear rationales for query assessments. Responsibilities also include rewriting queries when necessary, generating expert-level queries aligned with taxonomy categories, and delivering grounded answers with precise citations from the filings.
