Responsibilities

Perform internal quality audits to ensure compliance with all systems and procedures, build quality focus, and implement appropriate CAPA
Ensure systems and facilities comply with regulatory requirements and expectations
Maintain cGMP compliance status of the site per regulatory requirements
Ensure the plant is always ready for regulatory authorities and partner inspections
Verify processes and systems comply with SOPs and current regulatory requirements
Ensure audit observation compliance and effectiveness of CAPA
Review operations and report any non-conformances observed
Perform periodic assessment of GMP trends
Assess the regulatory intelligence program and global observation certification
Ensure initial and continuing training of personnel is carried out and adapted as needed
Impart training to personnel on enhancements in systems and processes
Handle electronic QMS modules for review and approval of changes and procedures
Ensure data integrity at all levels and perform regular checks to maintain system control
Support product surveillance team in coordinating with Marketing for sample submission or unresolved issues
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on significant issues
Trend significant issues, escalate, evaluate, and determine actions
