Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with organizational skills, discretion, confidentiality, initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

The Specialist, Legacy Digital Release Planning will schedule audio and video releases for all assigned Legacy digital products, gathering key assets and metadata, and updating statuses throughout the project’s progress. They will oversee the delivery of all assigned releases, coordinating with Digital Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure timely availability, track clearances with Business Legal Affairs and Copyright, manage asset ingestion into AOMA, and manage Legacy Branded YouTube Channels. Furthermore, the role involves managing Video Inline Swaps and Video Asset Upgrades, coordinating with Sony Music Vision for Legacy Digital Video Longform products, maintaining synchronization between release schedules, and performing Digital Catalog Maintenance, including product updates, partner ticket resolution, curation requests, scheduling updates, and rights checks.
