Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Pharmaceutical/Accounting experience preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to multi-task, handle several job functions simultaneously
  • Pharmaceutical Government Pricing/Contract experience desired but not required
  • Experience with the iContracts Suite of Solutions or other life sciences industry systems is a PLUS
  • Ability to work in a complex and changing environment with minimal supervision
  • Must possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Solid understanding of the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program and the price reporting requirements associated with that program
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the calculation of Medicaid price types: Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), Unit Rebate Amount (URA), Average Sales Price (ASP), etc
  • Support the Pharmaceutical Chargebacks and Rebates processes
  • Extensive research of Medicaid claims to resolve discrepancies
  • Class of Trade (COT) Review and Assignment
  • Ensure a timely response to all contract operations related customer service calls/emails
  • Weekly review of all GP data elements including Sales, Chargebacks, and Rebates for accuracy and completeness in advance of Monthly/Quarterly GP calculation
  • Assist with review and submission of State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR)
  • Assist in completion of Dept of Veterans Affairs Federal Supply Schedule Requests for Modification (RFMs)
  • Collaborate with the GP & Contract Operations Team on GP data elements, processes and policies to ensure they are up to date and compliance is being maintained
  • Collaboration with the Market Access & Strategic Accounts (MASA) Team
  • Ability to understand and interpret contract terms to maintain contract compliance
  • Assist with other Finance and/or Commercial projects
  • Assist with audits and other projects within the Finance Department as needed
