Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer and associate safety and comfort while minimizing service costs for complex problems by conducting diagnostic techniques, providing proactive solutions, applying advanced programming methods, implementing solutions, and following up to ensure effectiveness
  • Perform special or unique programming projects to building controls systems by adapting or changing building controls strategies, identifying and responding to trends with alarms, defrosts, and work orders, and identifying and responding to manufacturer recalls
  • Program daylight harvesting and ensure sustainability initiatives and energy reductions are achieved based on programming changes
  • Collaborate with teams in building performance and controls by using and sharing resources, information, and tools
  • Determine customer needs and business priorities while coordinating and executing work assignments
  • Provide advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved, and model and help others adapt to change or new challenges
  • Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners
  • Analyze and apply information from multiple sources, monitor progress and results, and identify and address improvement opportunities
  • Participate in teams in building performance and controls by using and sharing resources, information, and tools
  • Complete work assignments and priorities in Building Performance and Controls by using policies, data, and resources
