Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred; or combination of coursework, experience, or extensive related professional experience)
  • 2-5 Years relevant work experience
  • Skills in Campaign Development, Marketing Programs, Team Collaboration
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Marketing-related reports and analysis
  • Implementation of marketing activity across various departments within the organization
  • Ensures proper implementation of marketing and communications programs to key system personnel
  • Supports development and implementation of online, email, and Direct Marketing programs to generate leads
  • Works independently and collaboratively with outside vendors on creative design elements, production, event promotions, and sponsorships
  • Assists in pre-campaign and post-campaign analysis and summary reports
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Understand Operating Principles and apply them to job performance
  • Own the customer experience by prioritizing customers and providing seamless digital options
  • Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about company technology, products, and services
  • Collaborate as a team to achieve results and be open to new ideas
