Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong technical proficiency: SQL Server, working knowledge of VB and C programming languages, understanding of servers, virtual machines (VMs), and IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Spaceman products is preferred
  • Be patient, have strong learning and problem-solving ability and willing to accept business trips
  • Good English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage end-to-end Spaceman project delivery – including software installation, configuration, user training and ongoing maintenance
  • Serve as a technical and functional expert on NIQ Spaceman software across all versions and deployment environments
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, APAC Spaceman Delivery, and client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Make sure client service standards is implemented and enhance as client expectations
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders through proactive communication and reliable delivery
  • Proactively support team leader and coordinate seamlessly with client engagement
