Requirements

Ability to maintain or obtain a TS/SCI clearance
BS degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent discipline with 2 to 4 years of experience
Basic understanding of the space domain and orbital mechanics
Ability to develop and maintain operational procedures and training materials
Experience with creating and presenting briefings
Ability to occasionally work odd and/or extended hours
Experience making decisions in high pressure environments
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
(Preferred) MS degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent discipline
(Preferred) Strong technical background in orbital mechanics and astrodynamics
(Preferred) Operational space experience with rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO) or formation flight
(Preferred) Expertise with the mission planning process

Responsibilities

Conducting on-orbit space vehicle operations
Performing mission planning and risk analysis
Delivering high-level briefings with recommended courses of action
Developing and maintaining operational procedures and processes
Creating and delivering training products
Investigating and diagnosing unexpected system performance
Leading anomaly resolution
Supporting system maintenance coordination and execution
