This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company, with possibly more as business needs require. The location is Orrville, Corporate Offices.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of logistics procurement experience, at least 1 year of people management experience, a proven track record of managing global logistics stakeholders and annual bidding events, deep knowledge of negotiating contracts and managing suppliers in indirect logistics, strong negotiation skills, collaboration abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ethical dependability.
