Develop and execute creative, technology-driven sourcing strategies using AI tools to quickly identify exceptional candidates
Conduct in-depth research and market mapping to uncover untapped talent pools and new connection opportunities
Engage passive candidates through standout, personalized outreach that sparks interest
Maintain organized and accurate candidate data in Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure smooth sourcing operations
Experiment, analyze, and iterate on sourcing processes, from automation pilots to pipeline analysis, to drive smarter growth at MaintainX
