Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work a 14/14 rotational schedule
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
Equipment Maintenance knowledge and ability
Mechanical Aptitude
Natural Gas Composition knowledge
Operation & Control understanding
Operation Monitoring ability
Public Safety & Security knowledge
Safety application in complex situations
Safety Awareness, including hazard recognition, PPE use, lockout/tag out, and stopping unsafe work

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment, including engines, dehydration equipment, filter vessels, environmental controls, pumps, compressors, separators, free water knockouts, gas gathering systems, and central tank batteries
Gauge tanks and check pump action to maintain pipeline pressure within guidelines
Collect fluid/gas samples and conduct production and fluid tests
Provide maintenance and repairs to facilities and equipment
Practice awareness concerning issues of health, safety, and the environment
Perform OQ-covered responsibilities similar to Pigging Technicians, Pipeline Operators, and Corrosion Technicians
Monitor and maintain equipment at remote compressor stations, valve sites, and pipelines
Perform daily operational duties for gathering and transportation of natural gas and natural gas liquids
Conduct compressor and engine preventative maintenance
Assist with compressor and engine overhauls
Perform station loss control
Test and monitor engine and compressor performance
Maintain, operate, and repair gas dehydration equipment
Maintain, operate, and repair all gas process equipment from station inlet through station discharge
